On April 23, the Partner’s Server Season 2 Auction will begin, marking the start of a new chapter in the land’s history for the next six months. As this new era approaches, our development team has taken the time to reflect deeply on how the Partner system itself can be fundamentally improved.

At the heart of this overhaul is one core goal: to build a healthy cycle in which the dedication and effort partners invest in leading their kingdoms are properly recognized and rewarded, and in turn help strengthen the broader ecosystem of the continent.

Through today’s letter, we would like to share the comprehensive overhaul of the Partner Program that we have prepared to significantly strengthen partner benefits and to support the bold challenge of the new rulers who will soon rise.

1. Fair Rewards for Dedication: [Comprehensive Overhaul of the Award System]

To better support the motivation of partners who lead great kingdoms and to foster true long term growth together, we are introducing a comprehensive overhaul of the award system.

At first glance, some may be concerned that the rates appear lower than before when viewed only in terms of the maximum figures. However, the true purpose of this overhaul is to remove unreachable hurdles and establish a more realistic and sustainable growth model.

ㆍRealistic Goals and Meaningful Benefits : Award tier thresholds that were previously set at unrealistically high levels have been boldly adjusted into ranges that partners can realistically achieve.

ㆍHigher Rates in Key Growth Ranges : We have increased the award rates in the middle tiers, where the largest number of partners are currently positioned and where the greatest opportunity for growth exists, so that rewards can translate into more meaningful and tangible earnings.

2. Not a Single Effort Will Be Overlooked: [Expansion of Eligible Webshop Revenue and Retroactive Application]

To ensure that the efforts of partners leading their kingdoms are properly recognized, we are significantly expanding the range of platforms included in partner award calculations.

ㆍExpansion of Eligible Platforms : Revenue generated through the new webshops introduced in March, including Xsolla and Razer Gold, will now be officially included in partner award calculations.

ㆍRetroactive Application to Ensure Fair Recognition : To properly recognize and reward our partners, revenue from these webshops will be applied retroactively starting from March operations and will be fully reflected in the March award settlement. The impact you have made will be recognized in full.

3. Lowering the Barrier to the Great Throne: [Revised Season 2 Auction Starting Prices]

To make it easier for aspiring rulers to take on the challenge of writing a new legend, while also supporting the renewed ambitions of our existing partners, we have revised the Partner’s Server Season 2 auction starting prices to more reasonable levels. We hope for your strong interest in this newly restructured auction, now supported by more accessible starting prices and a range of benefits.

ㆍLower Barrier, Same Prestige : Although the auction starting prices have been significantly lowered, the powerful grade based benefits, including the exclusive companion Muspelbor and the commemorative statue, will remain available. This system is designed to allow more warriors to become rulers of great kingdoms at a more reasonable cost while continuing to grow with strong support behind them.

4. A Great March Toward a New Kingdom: [Preview of the Large Scale Server Transfer in May]

Even after overcoming a fierce auction and being selected as the ruler of a new kingdom, it cannot truly be called the beginning of your reign if you are unable to make your way to that domain.

To help new partners firmly establish themselves in their territories and rally the knights and allies who will stand beside them, a server transfer is currently being prepared.

ㆍSchedule and Background: We kindly ask for the understanding of both warriors and partners regarding the fact that the transfer will not take place immediately on May 1, right after the Partner’s Server auction concludes. This transfer is not simply a matter of relocation. It is being planned for May in conjunction with a major content update and a broader server merge that will reshape the Land of Ymir.

ㆍA Tectonic Shift Across the Land (Server Merge): During this transfer period, some low activity Partner’s Servers (Performance Grade C) will be converted into regular servers, and a large scale server merge will take place to consolidate them into a single, more powerful force.

ㆍThe rise of newly established Partner’s Servers under new rulers, together with the emergence of powerful new servers formed through the consolidation of lower activity servers, will reshape the existing balance of power and become a major variable in the future of the Land of Ymir and the upcoming YMIR Cup. It is expected to bring a level of change that no one can easily predict. We kindly ask for your understanding as we coordinate the schedule to ensure that every part of this historic transition is fully prepared.

We are making every possible preparation so that both warriors and partners can make the best possible start on this great battlefield. Detailed schedules will be announced later through a separate notice once they have been finalized. Please look forward to the great upheaval that will unfold across these new kingdoms.

A Firm Promise Fulfilled: [Implementation Schedule]

ㆍApplication of the Revised Award System: The newly improved award rates will be applied in full starting from May operations (paid in August). (※ This will apply equally to both existing Season 1 partners and newly joined Season 2 auction winners.)

ㆍRetroactive Application of Webshop Revenue: As mentioned earlier, webshop revenue will be reflected immediately in the award settlement for March operations.
